Eurasia Thai Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients

Marinade

  • 8 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, minced
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons granulated sugar

Other ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and de-veined
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tomato, cut into slices or wedges
  • 1 cucumber, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all marinade ingredients and mix well. Add shrimp and marinate for about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a large sauté pan or wok and add oil.
  3. Remove shrimp from marinade and sauté for about four to six minutes, or until done.
