Ferrarese's Italian Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- Pure virgin olive oil
- Fresh squeezed lemon
- Fresh ground pepper
- Fresh chopped parsley (broad leaf)
- 1/8 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Mix ingredients according to your taste, using about one part lemon juice to two parts olive oil. Whisk well and serve over mixed greens or toss in pasta.
