Ingredients

  • 12 jalapeno peppers
  • 6 onions
  • 6 cups vegetable coating mix

Instructions

  1. Cut peppers and onions into strips.
  2. Dredge in the coating mix and deep fry until golden brown.

Notes

Habaneros can be used instead of the jalapenos.
