Four Peaks Brewing Company Arizona Chicken Rolls

Ingredients

• 5 pounds grilled chicken breast, chopped
• 10 Anaheim chiles, julienned
• 1/4 pound cream cheese
• 1 1/2 pounds pepper jack cheese

Instructions

1. Mix together well.
2. Roll in Menlo egg roll wrappers.
3. Deep-fry until crispy.
