Grand Hotel Chilled Red Raspberry Soup

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 quart fresh red raspberries
  • 1 pint heavy cream, whipped stiff

Instructions

  1. Blend lemon juice, powdered sugar, honey, brown sugar and raspberries until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a medium bowl and fold whipped cream.
