Honey Baked Ham Mustard

Yield: about 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup (dry) Colman's mustard (whole can)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup Regina champagne vinegar

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs; add with other ingredients in top of double boiler. Heat for about 10 minutes, until thickened, stirring occasionally.
  2. Refrigerate.
