Honey Baked Ham Mustard
Yield: about 2 cups
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup (dry) Colman's mustard (whole can)
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup Regina champagne vinegar
Instructions
- Beat eggs; add with other ingredients in top of double boiler. Heat for about 10 minutes, until thickened, stirring occasionally.
- Refrigerate.
