Janos Restaurant Jicama Tangerine Slaw
- 1/3 cup julienned jicama
- 1 ounce finely julienned red onion
- 1 tangerine, peeled and segmented into supremes
- 1 tablespoon chiffonade fresh mint
- Combine all ingredients.
Yield: 1/2 cup
