Janos Restaurant Jicama Tangerine Slaw



  • 1/3 cup julienned jicama
  • 1 ounce finely julienned red onion
  • 1 tangerine, peeled and segmented into supremes
  • 1 tablespoon chiffonade fresh mint


  1. Combine all ingredients.

Yield: 1/2 cup
