Joe's Crab Shack Light Chocolate Mousse
Yield: 3 cups; 4 servings
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy or whipping cream, well chilled
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- With an electric mixer or wire whisk, whip the cream until it starts to become fluffy.
- Add the cocoa, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla and whip until the cream forms soft peaks, Do not over-whip.
- If not serving immediately, chill.
