Johnny Mango's Guacamole
Yield: 10 to 15 servings as a side dish; at least 6 servings as a dip with chips and salsa
Ingredients
- 6 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1/4 cup minced onions
- 3 cups diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- Mash ingredients together with a potato masher.
