Litton's Chicken Salad
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2 cups well-drained sweet pickle relish
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 3 cups diced cooked chicken breast
- Combine ingredients.
Kelly Litton uses Hellmann's mayonnaise and Guilden's mustard.
