Lone Star Steakhouse & Saloon Steak Sauce
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- Salt to taste
- Combine all ingredients; heat until butter melts. Broiler juices may be added.
- Serve with Steak Salt.
