Malee's Thai Bistro Paradise Roll

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces tuna
  • 1 soy paper
  • 1 1/2 ounces crab meat
  • 1/4 mango
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 teaspoon ponzu

Instructions

  1. Beat tuna until flat.
  2. Place soy paper on tuna, then add crab, mango and avocado. Roll, then cut into eatable pieces and add ponzu sauce.
