Mike Anderson's Restaurant Mike's Shrimp Special

Ingredients

  • 5 sticks butter or margarine, melted
  • 4 teaspoons black pepper
  • 5 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 3 cups Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pound (16-20 count) fresh peeled shrimp, butterflied

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine butter or margarine, black pepper, minced garlic, cayenne pepper and Worcestershire sauce; stir.
  2. Pour into a shallow baking dish.
  3. Add shrimp.
  4. Broil on high for 4 minutes.
  5. Stir.
  6. Broil another 4 minutes or until shrimp are done.
  7. Serve with garlic bread.
