Palomino Euro Bistro Palini
This is Sean Beggs' signature drink. Sean insists that topping off the Palini
with a bit of Champagne adds to bliss. Enjoy!
- 1 1/4 cups peach nectar
- 2 ounces peach Schnapps
- 1 ounce Creme de Cassis
- 1/2 ounce Triple Sec
- Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
- Dash of cinnamon
- Fresh peach slices (to taste)
- Fill blender three-quarters full with ice cubes.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Blend until smooth and garnish with lime wedges.
