Perdido Pass Restaurant Better than Sex Cake

This is a large quantity food service recipe.

Yield: 96 servings; 8 cakes

Ingredients

• 2 (5 pound) boxes yellow cake mix
• 4 cups Wesson Oil
• 4 cups water
• 32 eggs
• 1 (5 pound) container sour cream
• 8 cups chocolate chips
• 8 cups chopped pecans
• 1 (1 pound) bag vanilla pudding mix

Instructions

1. Whip together 10 minutes.
2. Fill Bundt pans half full.
3. Bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees F.
4. Cover with favorite chocolate frosting and chopped pecans.
