Rustler's Rooste Meat Rub

Ingredients

• 2 pounds barbecue spice
• 1 cup lemon pepper
• 1/2 pound brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon dry mustard
• 1 cup granulated garlic
• 1/2 cup granulated onion
• 1 tablespoon salt

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Rub the meat side of ribs generously with the mixture.
