San Andreas Grill Vegetable Kabobs
- Zucchini, sliced
- Yellow squash, sliced
- Whole mushrooms
- Red onions, quartered
- Marinate vegetables in a little melted butter and season with salt and pepper.
- Place on skewers and grill on barbecue.
- Brush with melted butter as they are cooking.
