Roast Beef on Toasted Nine-Grain
- 1 loaf nine-grain bread from St. Louis Bread Company, thinly sliced
- Roast beef slices
- Dijon mustard
- Fresh basil, chopped
- Toast slices of nine-grain bread. Cut into interesting shapes, i.e., hearts, diamonds, etc.
- Top with small slices of roast beef and a dab of mustard.
- Sprinkle with chopped basil.
