The Pearl Lemon drop Martini
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Absolut Citron vodka (no substitute)
- Fresh, squeezed juice from 1/2 lemon (no substitute)
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1 ounce Sweet & Sour
Instructions
- Mix thoroughly.
- Add lemon peel to shaker and mash into crushed ice to release zest.
- Add mix, shake and strain into an icy cocktail glass rimmed with sugar.
