The Pearl Lemon drop Martini

Ingredients

• 2 ounces Absolut Citron vodka (no substitute)
• Fresh, squeezed juice from 1/2 lemon (no substitute)
• 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
• 1 ounce Sweet & Sour

Instructions

1. Mix thoroughly.
2. Add lemon peel to shaker and mash into crushed ice to release zest.
3. Add mix, shake and strain into an icy cocktail glass rimmed with sugar.
