The Pueblo Grill Guacamole Dip

- 5 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 medium tomato, chopped
- 1/8 medium onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- Salt to taste
