Zabar's Cream Cheese Spread
Serve Zabar's Cream Cheese Spread on crackers or toasted bagel rounds.
Yield: about 4 cups
- 1 pound cream cheese at room temperature
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of garlic powder
- 1/2 cup chopped scallion
- Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, salt, and garlic powder in a large bowl and stir until well mixed and smooth.
- Stir in the scallions.
