Dolly Parton's Corn Pone
- 2 cups cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons
- About 1 cup milk (enough to make stiff batter)
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Form pones by hand and put on greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 425 degrees F.
Makes about 1 1/2 dozen, depending on size.
