Seasoned Flour

Crispy Batter


  1. Seasoned Flour: Combine and set aside.
  2. Crispy Batter: Combine all ingredients.
  3. Heat Crisco to 365 degrees F.
  4. Moisten chicken pieces. Dip in seasoned flour, then batter, then back in seasoned flour.
  5. Fry for 15 to 18 minutes or until well browned.
  6. Drain on paper towels.

Makes 4 servings.
