Caramel Apple Milkshakes

Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen vanilla yogurt
  • 3/4 cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup caramel topping

Instructions

  1. Place the yogurt, milk, cinnamon, and topping in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into 4 glasses.
  2. Serve immediately.
