Cheddar Scrambler



  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices crisp-fried bacon, crumbled
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter


  1. Break eggs into small bowl. Beat with fork until foamy.
  2. Add milk, cheese, bacon and salt and pepper; mix well.
  3. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add egg mixture gradually. Cook until eggs are set, stirring frequently with fork.

Yields 3 to 4 servings.
