Easy Pumpkin Pie


  • 2 3/4 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 1 (9-inch) coconut, crumb or plain baked pie shell


  1. Place marshmallows, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice and salt in a saucepan. Cook over low heat until the marshmallows are melted. Let cool.
  2. Fold in whipped cream.
  3. Pour into pie shell. Chill.
