Ice Cream Cone Cannolis



  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated orange rind
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips
  • 8-10 sugar cones
  • Multi-colored sprinkles, cocoa powder, chopped nuts


  1. With wooden spoon, mix ricotta, sugar, vanilla extract and orange rind until smooth.
  2. Add chips and stir until evenly blended.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Spoon or pipe mixture into cones.
  4. Decorate with sprinkles, dust with cocoa, or chopped nuts.
