Cowboy Skillet



1 pound ground beef

1 onion

1 (15 ounce) can Ranch style beans

1 (15 ounce) can Spanish rice

Grated Cheddar cheese


Brown ground beef and onion; drain excess fat. Add beans and rice; heat through. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook just until cheese is melted.

Serves 4.
