Hot Chicken Chili

Ingredients

  • 18 chicken wings
  • Oil (for frying)
  • 1 quart tomatoes
  • 2 or 3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 2 or 3 cups water
  • All-purpose flour
  • 2 (16 ounce) cans kidney beans, drained
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 small onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Roll chicken wings in flour and fry in hot oil until crisp.
  2. Transfer to serving platter. Remove seeds from jalapeno peppers and chop.
  3. Combine jalapenos, kidney beans and remaining ingredients in skillet where wings were fried (don't throw the grease away).
  4. Heat thoroughly, pour over wings and serve.
