Brandied Bleu Cheese

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup brandy
  • 8 ounces bleu cheese, crumbled
  • Dash of ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Whip ingredients together.
  2. Serve with cocktail wafers.

Yield: 2 cups
