Cranberry-Cashew Snack Toss




  1. Heat oven to 300 degrees F.
  2. Combine cereal squares, oyster crackers, pretzels, cranberries and cashews in large roaster pan, two 13 x 9-inch pans or two 15 x 10 x 1-inch jellyroll pans.
  3. Stir together butter and salad dressing mix in small bowl.
  4. Pour over cereal mixture; toss to coat.
  5. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring twice, until lightly browned.
  6. Cool completely.
  7. Store in tightly covered containers.

Yield: 24 (1/2-cup) servings
