Glazed Pecans

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shelled pecans
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • Dash of salt

Instructions

  1. Put pecans, sugar and salt into a large heavy skillet.
  2. Stir the mixture constantly over medium heat.
  3. Cook sugar-nut mixture until sugar melts and turns a rich, golden color.
  4. Transfer nut mixture to wax paper and let cool slightly.
  5. Separate nuts.
