Orange Frosted Nuts



  1. Combine sugar, water, juice and salt in a saucepan.
  2. Boil until a small amount dropped in cold water forms a soft ball.
  3. Remove from heat; stir in rind, add nuts.
  4. Stir gently until creamy.
  5. Turn onto wax paper, and separate nuts.

Yield: about 1 pound
