Spicy Pecans 'n' Cranberries



  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 3 cups pecan halves
  • 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries


  1. Combine the first six ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Add pecans and mix well.
  3. Spread in an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
  5. Cool completely.
  6. Stir in cranberries.
  7. Store in an airtight container.

Yield: about 4 cups
