Christmas Punch

  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream
  • 28 ounces ginger ale, chilled
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons maraschino cherry juice


  1. Blend the pineapple juice, orange juice, lemon juice and honey.
  2. Place in refrigerator until well chilled.
  3. Pour the chilled juice and honey mixture over small scoops of vanilla ice cream in a punch bowl; stir until ice cream is almost dissolved.
  4. Add the chilled ginger ale, and serve immediately.
