- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
- 28 ounces ginger ale, chilled
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons maraschino cherry juice
- Blend the pineapple juice, orange juice, lemon juice and honey.
- Place in refrigerator until well chilled.
- Pour the chilled juice and honey mixture over small scoops of vanilla ice cream
in a punch bowl; stir until ice cream is almost dissolved.
- Add the chilled ginger ale, and serve immediately.
