Cranberry Snow

Yield: 5 quarts

Ingredients

• 1 (32 ounce) bottle cranberry juice cocktail
• 1 quart pineapple juice
• 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract
• 1/2 gallon strawberry ice cream
• 2 cups whipping cream
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1 (32 ounce) bottle ginger ale

Instructions

1. Mix first four ingredients together; stir in ice cream.
2. Beat whipping cream with 1/2 cup sugar. Fold into first mixture.
3. Add ginger ale just before serving.
