Festive Berry Champagne Punch


  • 2 cans (12 ounces each) frozen cranberry-raspberry juice concentrate
  • 1 can (12 ounces) frozen cranberry juice cocktail concentrate, thawed
  • 2 bottles (750 ml each) champagne*, chilled


  1. In punch bowl, combine juice concentrates; chill completely.
  2. Just before serving, stir in champagne.

Yield:15-20 servings

* For non-alcoholic punch, substitute 2 (32 ounce) bottles chilled club soda for champagne.
