Hot Cranberry Cider
Yield: 12 servings
Ingredients
- 8 cups apple juice
- 6 cups cranberry juice
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 1 tablespoon whole cloves
- Light rum, brandy or bourbon (optional)
Instructions
- In large pot over medium heat, combine juices, sugar, cinnamon sticks and cloves. Bring to simmer; cook until sugar dissolves, about 10 minutes. Strain.
- Serve with cinnamon sticks for stirrers and rum, brandy or bourbon, if desired.
