Raspberry Frost Sodas

Raspberry Frost Sodas

Everyone has fun making cran-raspberry soda - a perfect party pleaser.

  • 1 (64 ounce) bottle cranberry juice cocktail, chilled
  • 2 (1/2 gallon) containers raspberry sherbet
  • 3 (1 liter) bottles ginger ale, chilled

  1. Pour 1/4 cup cranberry juice in each of 24 short, wide glasses.
  2. Place 1 scoop (about 1/2 cup) sherbet in each glass. Fill with ginger ale.

Yield: 24 servings (about 1 cup each)

Success: I'm melting! Place the sherbet package in a large container of ice to keep it chilled while your guests enjoy the soda social.

Time Saver: Focus on the fun and not the cleanup. Use plastic glasses and spoons along with colorful straws cut to fit the size of the glass.
