Raspberry Frost Sodas recipe

Yield: 24 servings, about 1 cup each

Ingredients

  • 1 (64 ounce) bottle cranberry juice cocktail, chilled
  • 2 (1/2 gallon) containers raspberry sherbet
  • 3 (1 liter) bottles ginger ale, chilled

Instructions

  1. Pour 1/4 cup cranberry juice in each of 24 short, wide glasses.
  2. Place 1 scoop (about 1/2 cup) sherbet in each glass. Fill with ginger ale.

Notes

I'm melting! Place the sherbet package in a large container of ice to keep it chilled while your guests enjoy the soda social.

Focus on the fun and not the cleanup. Use plastic glasses and spoons along with colorful straws cut to fit the size of the glass.
