Christmas Eve Cinnamon Snails

Ingredients

  • Pie dough
  • Butter
  • Sugar and cinnamon, mixed

Instructions

  1. Roll out pie dough into a rectangle about 1/8 inch thick.
  2. Brush softened butter over entire rectangle.
  3. Sprinkle liberally with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  4. Start rolling carefully from long end. Pinch ends to seal.
  5. Cut 1/2-inch slices and place cut side down on a cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 325 degrees F for about 8 minutes or until light golden brown.
