Cinnamon Pudding Cake




  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/4 cups water


  1. Cake: Mix all ingredients together and blend well. Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  2. Add topping.
  3. Topping: Combine ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
  4. Pour mixture over the cake batter and bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.

Yield: 12 servings
