Cinnamon Pudding Cake

Ingredients

Cake

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Topping

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/4 cups water

Instructions

Cake

  1. Mix all ingredients together and blend well. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
  2. Add topping.

Topping

  1. Combine ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
  2. Pour mixture over the cake batter and bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.
