Cranberry Pound Cake




Hot Butter Sauce


  1. For cake, preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in large mixing bowl.
  3. Add eggs, butter and cream. Mix well.
  4. Stir in the cranberries.
  5. Spoon into greased 10-inch Bundt pan and bake for 40 minutes.
  6. Remove to a serving plate.
  7. For the sauce, mix the butter, cream, sugar and vanilla extract in double boiler. Cook over hot water until heated through.
  8. Serve warm over the cake.

Yield: 8 to 10 servings
