Egg Nog Icing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 6 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 cup bourbon whiskey

Instructions

  1. Beat butter and egg yolks until smooth.
  2. Gradually add confectioners' sugar, 2 cups at a time, alternately with bourbon. Beat well after each addition.
