Egg Nog Icing
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3 egg yolks
- 6 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 cup bourbon whiskey
Instructions
- Beat butter and egg yolks until smooth.
- Gradually add confectioners' sugar, 2 cups at a time, alternately with bourbon. Beat well after each addition.
