Christmas Fruit Balls
- 1 1/2 cups prunes, cooked and pitted
- 1 1/2 cups pitted dates
- 3/4 cup dried apricots
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar or an equal amount of artificial sweetener
- 1/4 cup concentrated orange juice, thawed
- Flaked coconut
- Put prunes, dates, apricots, raisins, and walnuts through food chopper using
- Add sugar or artificial sweetener and form into 1-inch balls.
- Roll in coconut and freeze.
