Creme de Menthe Balls



  • 1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 2 tablespoons white corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup white crème de menthe


  1. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
  2. Form into 1-inch balls; roll in additional confectioners' sugar.
  3. Cover with wax paper and chill overnight.
