Holiday Rum Balls



  • 3 cups finely crushed vanilla or chocolate wafers
  • 1 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 1 1/3 cups (1 can) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup rum
  • Candy-making chocolate


  1. Combine first four ingredients and blend well.
  2. Chill for 1 hour.
  3. Shape into balls. Melt chocolate according to package directions.
  4. Dip balls into melted chocolate and set on wax paper until chocolate is set.
  5. Store in a covered container in a cool place.
