No-Bake Fruit Balls



  • 1 (6 ounce) package mixed dried fruit bits
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • Confectioners' sugar


  1. In a small bowl stir together fruit, nuts and brandy; let stand for 1 hour.
  2. In a medium bowl beat butter and corn syrup until well blended.
  3. Gradually beat in crumbs until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Add fruit mixture; mix well.
  5. Shape into 3/4-inch balls, wetting hands if mixture becomes dry.
  6. Roll balls in confectioners' sugar.
  7. Store in an airtight container up to 1 month or until ready to serve.

Yield: 60 balls
