Snowball Clusters

Unless there is a good reason not to include the nuts, by all means use them. This is a very easy to make recipe that everyone will enjoy.

Yield: about 16 clusters

Ingredients

• 1 (12 ounce) package white chocolate chips or morsels
• 1 (6 ounce) package Ocean Spray® Craisins® Original Dried Cranberries
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
• 1/3 cup shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

1. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil; set aside.
2. Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on Medium-High (70%) power for 1 minute; stopping to stir. Microwave in additional 10 to 20 second intervals, stirring in between each, until chocolate is completely melted.
3. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until thoroughly combined.
4. Drop by rounded teaspoonsful onto cookie sheet. Let harden at room temperature or chill in the refrigerator, about 15 minutes.
5. Store in a tightly sealed container and refrigerate.
6. Store refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
