Big Batch Kris Kringle Cookies

Big Batch Kris Kringle Cookies recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 (4 ounce) packages Baker's White Chocolate, chopped
  • 2 cups chopped pecans, toasted
  • 2 cups dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda and salt.
  3. Beat butter and sugars in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy.
  4. Blend in eggs and vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoonsful of dough 2 inches apart onto baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until lightly browned.
  9. Cool on baking sheets for 3 minutes.
  10. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.

Notes

Variation: Prepare as directed, replacing 6 ounces. white chocolate with 6 ounces BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate. Or, substitute chopped walnuts or slivered almonds for the pecans; or chopped dried apricots or mixed dried fruit bits for the dried cranberries.
