Holiday Crescents
Ingredients
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
- 5 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- Cream sugar and butter.
- Add flour, vanilla extract and pecans.
- Work mixture and form into balls.
- Shape into crescents.
- Bake on ungreased cookie sheets at 325 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes or until a light golden color.
- Cool slightly and roll in confectioners' sugar.
